At 2.40Am yesterday morning the Big Brother house was evacuated after a bomb scare. It’s said that Channel 4 bosses cut the live feed from 2.40am for around two hours as the housemates were woken up and hastily moved out.
It’s said that Producers on the Channel 4 reality show were spurred into action after receiving a phone call from a member of the public. Police quickly arrived on the set in Elstree, Herts, and searched the house.
Luke said the four sleeping housemates had been so fast asleep that they did not hear the tannoy asking them to get up. He said that “Dale came in and said that we had to get out.” And according to reports another housemate said that “Definitely a drugs bust.”
Show spokeswoman said: “Due to a security incident, it was necessary to remove the housemates from the Big Brother house as a safety precaution, which therefore caused a temporary break in the live streaming. After the necessary checks were made, housemates returned to the house without incident and streaming was resumed immediately.”
