It has been reported that Alex Rodriguez’s bitter divorce with Cynthia has took an ugly turn on Monday night when Team A-Rod accused her of going on a spiteful spending spree in Paris.
It’s said that Cynthia used Alex’s credit card to the tune of $100,000 to punish him for a dalliance with Madonna that both he and Madonna deny.
A source said that “She’s been spending wildly, She spent close to $100,000 on her jaunt to Paris. Cynthia flew the godparents of her daughters, Dodd and Sabina Romero, and their older daughter, first-class to the City of Light”
A friend has said that Cynthia has deliberately kept Alex from his daughters while tarring him as an absentee father. She said that Alex desperately wanted to see his children while she was in Paris. She blocked him. ‘You cannot see them.’”
Cynthia is also said to be seeking private school for the children and has said that she has tried everything to save their marriage.
It’s said that Alex and Cynthia signed a prenup in 2002 that could be contested in court.
