Halle Berry files criminal complaint over baby pictures

Looks like Halle Berry is the latest Hollywood star to fight back at paparazzi. The actress is unhappy about the photographer who took pictures of her and her new baby.

Berry’s attorney has said that her client has filed a complaint and that an investigation is now underway over the incident.

Halle Berry was angry that pictures of her and her four-month-old Nahla Ariela Aubry had found their way on to the Internet.

A statement has been released stating that, Berry is challenging that the photos taken of her and her baby was taken when she was out an about in Los Angeles. Hale Berry says that the photographer had trespassed on private property and took the pictures on her backyard.
