Car Crash not Shia LaBeouf’s fault according to Sheriff

Well looks as though the crash that Shia LaBeouf was involved in was not his fault, this is according to the Sheriff.

The star that has had to take a month off from filming the Transformers sequel has to plan his defense for his charge of misdemeanor DUI, but it looks as though he can rest a little easy as the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department has given his case a boast. In a statement that said that “Despite previous reports and assumptions, the actor was not to blame in causing the crash”.

Steve Whitmore, the sheriff’s spokesman had said “He was not at fault.”
According to authorities they are now trying to put the blame on the driver of the vehicle that LaBeouf hit. As yet the identity of that driver has not been named, but they had run a red light while the actor tried to make a legal left turn. As a result Shia LaBeouf plowed into the oncoming car.

Although LaBeouf was not at fault for the crash, he is still being cited for DUI.
