Frank Miller wants Jason Statham to be Daredevil

The Brits are taking over Hollywood; it looks as though hardman actor Jason Statham could actually be the new Daredevil. Frank Miller was having a chat one day with the Death Race and Transporter star; he said that he would love to star in a new Daredevil movie.

It was then that Miller made the mistake of saying to Statham that he would make a great Bullseye; he got of lucky this time. Jason said that he wanted to play The Daredevil himself, Miller then nodded to him and said that he also wants him to play Daredevil.

The first daredevil movie made it to the big screen in 2003, but got a lukewarm response. Ben Affleck played the superhero, but it seems as if Affleck does not have want it takes to play a part like this. For that you have to have a movie background which does not involve love stories, sorry Ben but you just were not the perfect choice.

Now having Statham play the part could be a very good move, the British actor is going down a storm in Hollywood at the moment, so studio bosses should cash in on that.

Jason Statham is another Vinnie Jones, but if I had to choose, I would have to choose Statham all the way. One of my favorite movies this year has to be The Bank Job, I went to watch the movie with no expectations and I left knowing that I have just watched his best movie to date.
