Morgan Freeman’s condition still serious after car accident

Following on from our story yesterday that Morgan Freeman had been involved in a car accident; the actor is still in a serious condition. The Oscar winning actor has a broken arm and elbow as a result of his crash.

Freeman’s publicist, Donna Lee, said that the actor had undergone surgery yesterday. Freeman has a broken arm and elbow and also has minor shoulder damage, she said that he is in good spirits and is expected to make a full recovery.

Kathy Stringer, a spokeswoman at the Memphis hospital has said that other than the listing of these injuries, nothing else would be released about Freeman.

Morgan Freeman is a much better condition today, according to Bill Luckett, his business partner.

There have been so many rumors on the Internet calling this accident “The curse of The Dark Knight.” Freeman is now the fourth person to fall foul to the curse. We know that Heath Ledger lost his life, then one of the special effects team lost his life in a car accident. Then Christian Bale was questioned over an alleged assault. Finally we have Morgan Freeman; I do not believe in curses, it is just a coincidence.
