Morgan Freeman released from hospital: next stop divorce court

Oscar winning actor Morgan Freeman has now been released from hospital, just four days after being admitted after he was involved in a car accident. Just three days ago Freeman underwent surgery for his injuries, which he sustained after his car had flipped at least four times.

Bill Luckett, Freeman’s attorney and business partner had said that The Dark Knight star was doing well and is said to be in good spirits. It is thought that Morgan Freeman will have to wear a neck brace for the next six to eight months.

The doctors who performed the surgery had said that it will be at least six months before Freeman is fit to play golf again.

There have been a number of reports that stated that Freeman had severed a nerve in his arm. Luckett has denied that there is any truth in it.

Now that Freeman has been released from hospital the actor now has to make his way to divorce court, as him and his wife Myrna Colley-Lee who has been married for 24-years are said to have filed for divorce.
