The rumors that Lil Wayne’s daughter, Reginae Carter dies are untrue. The rumor was sick and must have been made up just to get traffic to some websites. Could you imagine the hurt that Wayne and the family had been going through, the story is made worse as the daughter is just eight-years old.
Making a false rumor that an adult had died is bad enough, but attacking a child at this age is on another level. Those who started the rumor are not fit to call themselves human.
The Internet rumors have said that Reginae Carter, eight had died in a car accident. We saw this all over the Internet yesterday; we did not want to cover the story until we had the facts. If we would have posted the story yesterday, we would have been as bad as the some of the other websites.
A relative of the young girl has posted on MySpace that “It is merely a rumour started by someone who obviously is miserable in their own skin that they would even have the notion to attack a child.”
MTV website had also reported the rumor about Lil Wayne’s, but we have now noticed that that article has since been removed.
A number of sites are now saying that the rumor is not true, such as Showbiz Spy, Tala Tele and Radar Online.
