Dave Freeman, the co-author of 100 Things to Do Before You Die has sadly died aged just 47. He lost his life after hitting his head in a fall while at his home in Venice.
Freeman died on August 17, his father Roy Freeman told the Los Angeles Times on Monday.
Freeman was an advertising agency executive, he not only wrote 100 Things, but a number of other books or guides as well. He co-wrote 1999 book subtitled “Travel Events You Just Can’t Miss” with Neil Teplica.
The book was based on the website whatsgoingon.com. This was the site that the pair of them ran together from 1996 to 2001.
Dave Freeman’s books or guides as many people have called them have a host of information along with goofy graphics. It is the combination of both that made his books so popular.
We offer our deepest sympathies to Dave Freeman and his family.
