The guys over at ComingSoon have got it on good authority that we will get to see the first Dragonball Trailer in October. The 20th Century Fox movie based on the cartoon makes the jump to the big screen next year.
The Dragonball trailer will be attached to the new movie Max Payne. There were a number of rumors that Fox were not happy with the final film, but a number of websites such as SuperheroFlix claim that Fox could have a hit on their hands.
There is even talk that the studio is already talking about a sequel; it seems that Fox are trying to run before they can walk with Dragonball. The cartoon has been very popular over the years, but trying to make the transition to the big screen could be tougher than they think.
Dragonball opens in cinemas on April 10, 2009. The movie has been written and directed by James Wong. The casting is a strange one; it seems that the director is taking a chance with his cast. The one name that does stand out is James Marsters, Spike from Buffy.
