Anne Hathaway Scandal: naked pictures in federal custody

It seems that there is a bit of a scandal going on with Get Smart actress Anne Hathaway. The Federal Bureau of Investigation confiscated photos and trinkets belonging to her former boyfriend, Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri.
This happened way back in June and it has come to light that some of those photos that were confiscated were of Hathaway naked. Anne only learned that these photos were in federal custody when she asked for his brother, Michael to retrieve the photos.
The FBI had not only removed the photos of Anne Hathaway, but also her diaries which had been stored in the cellar.
