
Former football star O.J. Simpson has been found guilty on all counts, the guilty verdict could mean that Simpson could face life in prison. The star who was cleared 13 years ago of double murder, was found guilty of kidnapping and robbery in a court case in Las Vegas.
O.J. Simpson was convicted with co-defendant Clarence “C.J.” Stewart, both was jailed by Clark County District Court Judge Jackie Glass. 61-year-old Simpson and 54-year-old Stewart could face a minimum of five years in jail, but could be sentenced to life. Both will be sentenced in December.
Yale Galanter, Simpson’s lead attorney, has said that he is to appeal the conviction. Galanter believes that as Simpson is a notorious murder defendant that is what a factor was in the swift verdict.
