Sadie Holmes to lose Extreme Makeover Home: code violations

We have heard many stories about people who have had their homes taken away from them that had been built by ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition. Some of them have brought it on themselves, but you have to feel sorry for Sadie Holmes.
Two years after Sadie’s home was built for her in Florida is in danger of being taken away due to a number of for unpaid code violations, which total $30,000.
When Sadie Holmes was given her home, she was then able to run her charity from there, as long as she did not leave any of her charity work outside. However; since the show, Holmes has been overwhelmed with stuff to give to people. There was just not enough room in her home, so the stuff started to build up outside.

Well, she can’t blame Extreme Makeover for this. $29,000 in code violations? Come on, she should have known it would be bad. They send out warnings before going in to clean it up, yeah it’s all gone, the city cleaned it. How can you have a nice house and have that junk all over the place? It must have been really bad to run up a lien like that…no one to blame but herself.

That junk as you put it, is donations that the community has giving to families in NEED! Yes Sadie does have a challenge ahead of her, but God has blessed her this long, and she has passed those blessings on to others. With God all things are possible. I take it your have never struggled or have had to go without or not be able to provide for your family. The whole economy is hurting families are going on the street, children hungry it’s not just the minorities anymore, it’s everyone. It’s so much easier to knock a person down when they are already down. Kudo’s to you.
