Nick Nolte has had a lucky escape after being caught in a house fire. The actor has suffered a cut to his hand after trying to escape a fast moving fire in his home, which eventually destroyed his home in Malibu.
Reports say that the fire broke out at 11:30 a.m. local time, the blaze has caused about $1.5 million of damage. Nick Nolte had to break a window so that he could escape the fire.
When the authorities arrived at the scene, the fire had fully engulfed his Malibu home. Authorities believe that it was an electrical fault that started the fire in the living room. Luckily no one else was hurt.
