Way back when we was watching The Brady Bunch, we all thought how sweet and innocent Marcia Brady was. The real life of the actress who played her was the exact opposite. Maureen McCormick explains about how hard it was playing the character and how it was a long path to destruction.
Here’s the Story: Surviving Marcie Brady and Finding My True Voice, it the memoir and it reads as if a kid is marking down all the nasty things that they have done. McCormick keeps going on in the book about how she was both blessed and cursed at the same time.
Some of the subjects that Maureen McCormick remarks on are both funny and sad. She said that she was miffed when a much-younger Eve Plumb began to develop breasts first, and how she had a wild crush on Barry Williams, who played Greg Brady.
