Jurors decide Britney Spears fate: jail or fine?

Britney Spears fate lies in the hands of jurors today, Monday, 20 October, as they have to decide on her misdemeanor driver’s license case. Jurors deliberated for just over two hours on Friday, 17 October at a San Fernando Valley courthouse. They decided to recess for the weekend.

The jury had to listen to testimony and arguments for the Spears case, which was filed last year after the singer, had hit a parked car and then left the scene.

If all twelve jurors agree to convict Britney Spears, then the singer could either face a fine or jail time. I am certain that Spears would not spend any jail time; if she did she would be out within the hour, that’s how it works for A-list celebrities these days.
