NBC gives Knight Rider a full season: why not Journeyman

Filed Under: Television | By: Peter Chubb

The new version of Knight Rider debuted made-for-television movie on Feb. 17, but as the show got some mixed reviews it has taken NBC this long to grant it a full season.

The new version of Knight Rider has a bunch of nobody actors, apart from Val Kilmer, but you can’t count him as hi is the voice of KITT. The show has been a regular series since September, but NBC have now ordered a full season.

There is one thing that I do not understand about this decision by NBC, how can they commission a rubbish show like the new Knight Rider, when they drop a great show like Journeyman. I was getting right into that series, and that to my dismay, those stupid NBC bossed refused to commission a second series. I feel like I have been left hanging.

I too don’t understand the logic at work at NBC. The only way to understand it, I think, is to picture a bunch of dribbling elderly sloths with bad hair and no teeth, and then perhaps the NBC executive decisions make some sense.
