Lil Wayne shot and killed rumor: rapper did not die

We are in a new month, and already we are on our second rumor that a high profile rapper is dead. The rumor that is circulating over the Internet is that Lil Wayne was shot and killed, but these rumors are untrue and the fact is, the rapper did not die.
The rumors were started up by a website that made it look like a BBC News page, and stated that the rapper had been caught up in gun fire in a gang related feud. The story went on to say that Lil Wayne had just finished his performance at The New Orleans Arena, when he was then involved in an altercation with rival gang The Crips.
The rapper was reportedly shot six times with a hand gun, and died from his wounds. There was also another rumor a few days ago that Katt Williams had been killed. Both stories are untrue; there are people out there with a sick sense of humor.
