Tonight, Roy Jones Jr and Joe Calzaghe takes to the ring, and this fight could end a great boxing career for Calzaghe, as Jones comes back rejuvenated. This is to be Joe Calzaghe’s last fight, and he hopes that his 45 consecutive wins will become 46.
He will have a tougher job tonight, although Jones is the older of the two, he feels that this fight is his second coming. Not so long ago, Roy Jones Jr had a bit of a shaky time, and the critics were there to put him down, saying that he was burnt out.
The Roy Jones Jr vs Joe Calzaghe has been hyped as a “Battle of the Superpowers”, and although it is not quite that, it should still be a great find. The boxing match is anybodies for the taking, and I would not like to predict who will win.
