Barack Obama: Eric Holder for Attorney General
Nov 19, 2008 | Comments 0

The National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC), has today criticized Barack Obama choice for his Attorney General nominee, Eric Holder. Peter Flaherty, NLPC President has some strong word to say about Holder.
Flaherty said “Holder is not ethically qualified to serve as Attorney General. His track record is not one of independence or objectivity. Instead, he has been guided by politics and self-interest.”
Eric Holder is a former U.S. attorney; he was also the No.2 official in the Justice Department under the Bill Clinton administration. If selected, Holder will become the first black attorney general.
