Will Smith’s Seven Pounds review: Slow but feel-good

Before you go in to the cinema to watch the new movie from Will Smith, Seven Pounds you have to be aware that the movie is a slow process, and takes it time to get going. However by sticking with it, the movie will start to make sense by the time the movie ends.

Seven Pounds sees Will Smith and director Gabriele Muccino come together once more, after the success that the pair had with The Pursuit of Happyness. It is hard to reveal much about the movie, as it is that easy to spoil the surprises.

We can tell you that Will Smith’s character begins by creating a list of seven names. All seven have something in common, and that is a need for help. Smith’s character Ben then comes to their aid in a dramatic way.
