Miley Cyrus wants Tattoo of Boyfriends Initials: need parents permission

Miley Cyrus wants to get herself a tattoo of her boyfriend’s initials; the Hannah Montana star has drawn her own design which is a heart with the initials of her boyfriend, Justin Gaston in the middle. Cyrus has one problem, she is only 16.
She will need to get permission from her parents, because she is under the age of 18. It is not known if her parents will say yeas, but they have let her do much worse things in her life, like those dodgy photo shoots last year.
Miley is doing her best to get round her mum to try and work on her dad, in the hope that one of them might agree and talk the other around. Do you think that Miley Cyrus should get a tattoo, I think that should end up regretting it later in life?

She is being a normal teenager.
The only reason why people are slagging her off is because she is famous, and there is no need for it, she is just the same as everyone else just richer, and a lot more peope know her.
Hazuki, hate to tell ya but tattoos dont hurt. I have 3, there just annoying. And your right about the permanente part, which i dont agree anybody should ever do, but if its just a heart with the initials of her boyfriend in it she can get it fixed. all they have to do is tattoo over it and you cant even notice something else was there. She should be able to get a tattoo whenever she wants, but when the time comes it needs to be something that is really truly meaning full to her, and that she knows she will want for years to come.
Ok, ok! I am thinking about what yall said and i agree with both of you. So i have decided i will not get a tatoo now. i will get on when i am married because that will hopefully be permenant!
