If you do not want to know what happened on the Shocking Season Finale of Grey’s Anatomy, then you had better stop reading now. We were left wondering if Izzie (Katherine Heigl) risked undergoing brain surgery, and if George (T.R. Knight) was actually going to leave Seattle Grace.
ET Online have decided to give us a recap of the season finale, and we can tell you that Izzie did decide to go through with the surgery, and it was a complete success, but she emerges with little to no memory at all.
However, this is TV and things are never simple, Izzie does finally start to get her memory back and shares a hug with her new husband Alex (Justin Chambers). That is when she loses consciousness, Alex demand that the doctors resuscitate her, they attempt to do so.
