Extreme Home Makeover and Packhouse 2000
For those of you who have been following the ABC reality show “Extreme Makeover Home Edition” will know that the season is coming to an end. It is amazing what they have done throughout the series and how they have transformed people’s homes and lives.

It was with the help of Scott Comer, his employer Estridge Companies and 200 business as well as over 5000 volunteers that made impact to not only a deserving family, but an entire neighbourhood. In late March, the Extreme Makeover bus pulled in to the neighbourhood of the McFarland family.

According to courierpress.com, the deteriorated home of Bernard McFarland and adjacent library was completed in a week. Scott said “it was really exciting.” Bernard McFarland has tried to change the neighbourhood with his Packhouse 2000 program, that helps expand the minds and horizons of youngsters.
