Cyndi Lauper and Allison Iraheta on American Idol 2009 Finale

It was the “American Idol” finale last night and we saw yet another performance from a previous contestant. We said in an earlier post that Danny Gokey performed with Lionel Richie, well this time it was Allison Iraheta that performed.

According to newsday.com, Allison came on stage with Cyndi Lauper and sang “Time After Time” and done a really good job. Apparently they had good chemistry together and actually listen and play off each other, which is a good thing.

It has to be something that they have practiced, as they finished with some tricky free form runs. They were going in and out of each others’ vocals. Well, I am sure that Allison fans will be wondering now what she does in regards to her music career.
