Ugly Betty Season 3 Finale: Recap

Another series has just seen a season finale and this time it was “Ugly Betty.” And we are going to do a quick recap on what actually happened in the two-hour finale. And according to zap2it.com, there were plenty of rather upsetting plots packed in.

Well let’s start with Wilhelmina, who gets in good with Cal Hartley’s ex wife Victoria, to only discover that Claire and Cal had a fling a long time ago. They also had a child that she apparently had to put up for adoption as she was married to Bradford at the time.

Wilhelmina tries to use the information as blackmail, but Cal says he already knows about it, and it was an abortion not an adoption. Then we find out Molly isn’t dead and Daniel has become a minor celebrity. Betty gets a ton of interviews and aces the one with the New York Review.

But then she has the job taken right out from under her by her mentor Jodie. And when a Mode features editor dies, Betty and Marc compete for the job, with Betty coming out victorious. Betty kisses Henry and Matt witnesses it. Matt breaks it off with Betty and tells her he will be her new boss.
