Medium Series Finale: canceled after five seasons

We are soon coming to the end of season 5 of the TV show “Medium” and the finale is scheduled to be aired soon. For those of you who have not really seen it, it is all about Allison DuBois played by Patricia Arquette, who works as a research medium for the Phoenix district attorney’s office.
Medium first premiered in January 2005 and has had guest appearances from stars such as Neve Campbell, Kelsey Grammer, Angelica Houston and Eric Stoltz. The show has accumulated many fans since it very first aired.
But according to NBC’s official forums mynbc.com, there had been rumors that the show has been canceled after its fifth season. But supposedly CBS, who produces the show, picked it up and is renewing it for a sixth season.

Medium is my favorite show on tv, and I was sickened when I heard Monday’s show would be the series finale. Sickened and shocked. I do so hope the series is picked up by CBS for a sixth season. I watch more shows on CBS than any other station, so this would be fantastic. Please, please renew Medium. It’s my weekly pick me up, and I’ve already bought seasons 1-4, and watched them over and over. Patricia Arquette and the rest of the cast are phenomenal. Thanks for listening.

THERE ARE TONS OF MORE RELIABLE SOURCES OUT THERE THAT YOU COULD HAVE CHECKED BEFORE WRITING THAT MEDIUM WAS ENDING AFTER FIVE SEASONS. IF YOU HAD BOTHERED TO CHECK YOUR FACTS, YOU COULD HAVE WRITTEN THAT IT WAS MOVING TO CBS AFTER FIVE SEASONS. NOW SOMEONE WHO DOESN’T READ ALL THE NEWS IS LIABLE TO READ YOUR HEADLINE AND THINK THAT THE SHOW IS CANCELLED. SLOPPY WORK.
