Chris Brown is being sued by a photographer

A photographer is deciding to sue singer Chris Brown after he was apparently involved in an incident at a Los Angeles basketball court back in March. The photographer claimed it happened after he took a shot of Chris playing ball with his friends.

According to TMZ, the photographer has said that Chris Brown’s bodyguards yelled at him, so he tried to leave the gym. But he was apparently blocked by an L.A Fitness employee. He then says he fell down some stairs, where Chris’s bodyguards then physically assaulted him.

The man said he had every right to be there as he is a paying member of the gym. He is now suing Chris Brown and L.A Fitness for false imprisonment, assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability.
