Actor Kiefer Sutherland, who is best known for his role as Jack Bauer in the hit show “24,” has now issued an apology to the Proenza Schouler designer, Jack McCollough. According to catwalkqueen.tv, they have both decided to finally bury the hatchet.
There was an incident which involved a scuffle between Jack and Kiefer at the Met Costume Gala after-party and it ended with Jack suffering a broken nose. In a statement, Kiefer said “I am sorry about what happened that night and sincerely regret that Mr. McCollough was injured.”
Jack then issued a statement himself saying “I appreciate Mr. Sutherland’s statement and wish him well.” A spokesperson from the Manhattan District Attorney’s office refused to comment on whether Kiefer’s charges will be dismissed, but now they have sorted their differences, the case may be dropped.
