Chelsea v Everton FA Cup Final 2009: Expectations

Chelsea looks to be in a much better position for the FA Cup Final 2009 with Everton, now that Frank Lampard has confirmed that he has gotten over his knee problem. He is now fit to play in Saturday’s FA Cup final.

The match will be last time that Guus Hiddink will be in charge of the Blues; he will resume charge of Russia, who is now fighting to qualify for the 2010 World Cup. Chelsea supporters certainly have huge respect for the Dutch coach, and if they win tomorrows match then the fans will certainly miss him more.

So we know that Lampard is fighting fit, Sky Sports also reports that Hiddink can also use Juliano Belletti, Ricardo Carvalho is the favorite to start alongside captain John Terry. One thing is sure, tomorrow will be a match to remember, let us hope that we see some great football, unlike the match with Manchester United the other day.
