Documentary on The Oprah Effect
Talk show host Oprah Winfrey has been on television for many years and she has really had an effect on many people’s lives. And according to chicagotribune.com there is a documentary on “The Oprah Effect,” showing just how she has helped people.

It is an hour-long special that looks at what happened to three businesses after they had been mentioned on “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” Their sales had apparently gone through the roof. But it is not just businesses that have been transformed by Oprah.

The show has also led to a few spin off programs. Her protégés Dr. Phil and Rachael Ray have got their own successful daytime franchises and Oprah recently said goodbye to health Guru Dr. Mehmet Oz, who has his own show launching in the fall.
