Pregnant Jennifer Hudson and her baby bump

There have been rumors of late that Grammy-winning singer Jennifer Hudson was pregnant. And it seems like the rumors are now true. Jennifer is pregnant with her first child. According to The Insider, a longtime pal of Jennifer confirmed that she had the baby shower on Saturday.

Apparently the close friend said that it was just a quiet gathering which was just friends and mostly family. And Jennifer doesn’t know the gender of the baby yet so most of the gifts were yellow. It’s not even known how far along Jennifer is.

But there has been speculation that Hudson is maybe close to seven months pregnant. Jennifer started off her career when she appeared in season 3 of “American Idol.” She is now engaged to former reality TV star David Otunga. Congratulations go out to them both.
