Los Angeles Lakers crush the Orlando Magic 100-75

Well it was the opening game of the NBA Finals at the Staples Center yesterday and the game was between Orlando Magic and the Los Angeles Lakers. And according to bbc.co.uk, Kobe Bryant scored 40 points and took the Los Angeles Lakers to victory with the finishing score of 100-75.

Orlando Magic struggled in the first of the best-of-seven series, with their star Dwight Howard only scoring 12 points. And the top scorer for the Magic was Mickael Pietrus with 14 points. But the Lakers really played the game well.

Bryant scored 18 of his points in the third quarter of the game and said that he just wants it really bad. His performance seemed to dominate. Magic’s Howard said they will struggle if Bryant carries on such form.
