Bret Michaels at Tony Awards 2009: Video
It always seems as though award shows have to have their bit of drama or disaster and that goes the same for the Tony Awards last night. Bret Michaels and his band Poison, performed “Nothin’ But a Good Time” with the cast of “Rock of Ages” during the opening of the ceremony.

And it wasn’t without its slight hitch either. According to ew.com, when the band had finished performing, Michaels went to exit the stage. But it was obviously slightly too late, as he was then hit on the head by a bit of the scenery. He was very lucky though as he wasn’t seriously hurt.

I’m sure Bret, who was born March 15th 1963 and even stared in his own reality TV show “Rock of Love with Bret Michaels,” or his devoted fans will not be able to forget that classic moment for a long time. You can view the video of it below.
