Transformers Revenge of the Fallen: First Real Reviews
Slash Film had posted the first fan reviews of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, but they have now reported that the first real reviews from those all-important critics have started to appear online. The question is what do they think of the sequel?

IGN UK says that the pinnacle of the movie is set in a forest and that this brilliant scene is well crafted and is genuinely thrilling. The downside is, the climax is about an hour late, and the rest of the movie does not really go anywhere from there.

Total Film reckons that Transformers Revenge of the Fallen is “a thrill-ride, plain and simple.” Some of the metal-on-metal punches often feel cartoonish, but the CGI certainly helps to make it more convincing.

SciFiNow reckons that fans will feel that the original film had more to offer than the 2009 offering. The review states the new movie does not have a personality.

The Mirror reckons that the movie is a “Sprawlingly noisy adventure epic that entertains at times, but never really manages to engage. Still, the kids will love it!”

If the new movie does not do that well, will there still be talks of a third installment of Transformers?
