Angelina Jolie’s message about refugees

It is coming up to World Refugee Day on the 20th June 2009 and one person that wants to get a message across is actress and philanthropist Angelina Jolie. According to The Insider, Angelina has made a video, where she is speaking out on behalf of World Refugee Day.

You can see from the video below, that this is really important to Angelina, who was made a Goodwill Ambassador for the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR). She says in the video “Refugees are the most vulnerable people on Earth. Please do not forget them.”

Angelina first became aware of these problems when she was filming “Tomb Raider” in Cambodia. Ever since then, she has been all over the world helping people as it is something that she truly believes in. She even donated $1 million once to help refugees.
