Miss Tennessee 2009 Results

As we mentioned in an earlier post, last night saw Katherine Putnam crowned as Miss Louisiana 2009. Well now we have the result of Miss Tennessee 2009 also. According to examiner.com, it was 22-year old Stefanie Wittler that was given the title.

Apparently, Stefanie, who is a resident of Soddy Daisy and attends the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, was crowned Miss Hamilton County in last fall. Her win now entitles her to travel to Las Vegas to compete in the Miss America pageant in December.

Miss Tennessee and Miss Louisiana will each be participating in the Miss America beauty pageant later this year alongside many others. They will all be hoping to win the title and be crowned Miss America, which is currently held by Miss Indiana Katie Stam.
