As all you tennis fans out there may already know, yesterday saw the start of the Wimbledon 2009 Championship. And it has already got off to a good start, with Swiss player Roger Federer taking victory in the first round of play, as mentioned in an earlier post.
We also mentioned in a previous post, that Michael Yani was eliminated from the game after only 1 hour and 51 minutes of play, when he was defeated by Germany’s Simon Greul. Unfortunately for some tennis fans, they will not be able to be there to watch any of the live action.
