Reality Show Returns: America’s Got Talent 2009

Last night saw the new season of the reality show “America’s Got Talent” premiere and according to courant.com, it certainly had its fair share of weird and wonderful. And the same judges Sharon Osborne, Piers Morgan and David Hasselhoff returned.

One thing was different though, and that was the fact that this season there is a new host. Actor and rapper Nick Cannon, who is married to pop sensation Mariah Carey has taken over now from the previous host Jerry Springer.

And now, although America is hoping that they will find their very own Susan Boyle who come runner-up in “Britain’s Got Talent,” there wasn’t much singing done in the two-hour premiere. Let’s hope we see more of it in the next episode.
