Mario Lavandeira, who is better known as famous celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, has decided to file a civil lawsuit against Polo Molina, who is the road manager for the band Black Eyed Peas. According to ew.com, the lawsuit was filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
As we mentioned in an earlier post, Perez claims that Polo Molina supposedly punched him in the face on June 21st at the MuchMusic Video Awards after-party that was held in Toronto. Perez also alleges that Molina was upset over his online comments on the band’s new album.
We also mentioned in another previous post that Hilton had made a video statement regarding the incident and admitted that he had called Black Eyed Peas member Will.i.am a faggot. Apparently the Toronto police have already charged Molina with assault.
