Kanye West and girlfriend Amber Rose – BET Awards 2009

It was the BET Awards last night and hip-hop singer Kanye West was apparently seen on the red carpet with his new girlfriend Amber Rose. According to newsnidea.com, the pair has supposedly been dating since January and was first seen out as a couple during New York fashion Week.

But there have been questions asked, whether they are together or not, as reports said that a representative for Kanye West revealed that they were no longer a couple. But that is not what it looked liked when they were photographed on the red carpet at the BET Awards.

Kanye had been previously engaged to Alexis Phifer, but the couple split last year after being together for six years. It’s been said that singer Kanye is going to be teaming up with Lady GaGa in the fall to go on tour with her. See the red carpet photos via celebuzz.com.

    I hope they are together. She is one of the most natural beauties that I’ve seen in a long time. Particulary in Hollywood. I pray that they are both happy together & that they support, respect & love each other. Kanye deserves a powerful woman by his side since the passing of his beloved mother.     This chick Amber is gay. She was in a 2 year relationship with another (butch) girl before Kanye tried to buy her with money and gifts. She is using him for publicity. He is so stupid. He needs to spend some time alone and get it together.

    Yea right Amber is a “natural beauty”, after her breast and butt implants. I don’t know her from Adam, but to see her walking the MTV carpet and laughing at Kanye with the Hennesy in hand clearly showed that she doesn’t have his best interest at heart. I hope the new rumors that he contacted Alexis since the VMA’s are true. They were good together and for one another, I hope they are able to talk it out.
