Michael Jackson’s will has now been found, but this is one that dates back to 2002 and according to Smh.com, his estate will be shared with his mother and his three children. The original source of the news, The Wall Street Journal has added that a number of charities will also benefit, but his father, Joseph Jackson was not mentioned in Michael’s will.
The Sydney Morning Herald reports that Michael’s lawyer said that this is thought to be the last will he made. SMH also claimed that Joseph Jackson caused a huge outrage when he plugged his new record company, during a tribute to Michael Jackson.

Executors to the will are lawyer John Branca and John Mclain, music executive and friend to Jackson. It is still now know what custody provisions were set out in the will, which Michael’s mother Katharine has temporary custody of until July.
There are reports that his debt is around $US500 million, but with his a 50 per cent stake in Sony/ATV Music Publishing, there could be around $US200 million once all debt is paid off.
