The Bachelorette 2009: Michael and Jesse eliminated

The Bachelorette 2009 Episode 7 was not a great night for Michael and Jesse, as they were both eliminated. Jillian went off to meet Michael’s family; this included his parents and his twin brother. He and his brother tried to switch to see if they could fool Jillian, but she knew immediately.

Their sister was meant to be out of the country, but she surprised everyone by showing up while they were having dinner. Later in the show we see Jillian going to meet Jesse and his family in Caramel, CA. Jesse and his brother Jacob had a little heart-to-heart to find out what his feelings were towards Jillian, and Jesse replied “She is my honey boo bear.”

Now it was time for the rose ceremony, Jillian had four to give out and six bachelors to choose from, the first she gave to Ed, the other three went to Kiptyn, Reid and surprisingly Wes. This left poor Jesse and Michael to go home empty handed. Last week we saw Jillian eliminate three guys, so at least one was saved in this episode.

    I really hate the way this show is going. My favorite bachelor was eliminated. :o ( I think Wes stinks..I would never buy any of his music…I think Ed is being dishonest..you can’t tell me that his boss didn’t clear his time off before he agreed to be on the show so..now what? You get called to go back to work and all of a sudden it’s ok for you to miss work after all, so you’re back? I don’t think so. I would hope it was Jake who comes back and proposes, not that it’s going to do him any good. Reid is ok, I guess..he IS from my home state. Kiptyn..not so sure about. He seems a little bit unmasculine to me. If Jake isn’t the next bachelor {providing he isn’t the one who comes back and proposes}, I won’t be watching.

    I think Jillian is really confused right now and keeps making the wrong decisions. Thankfully Michael is gone but why she keeps that loser Wes is more than I can understand. She really missed the boat when not choosing Jake, he is the whole package and would not take her love for granted.
    Maybe he will be the one down on one knee, we can only hope.

    Sorry, just as a clarification. The order of the roses is Reid first, not ed. Follow by Kiptyn, Ed and lastly Wes. Sorry to correct the original poster, just didn’t want people getting the wrong information.

    Does anyone else thinks it’s blatantly unfair of “AWOL” Ed to be getting a pass on the family visit thing! I mean really! His family might be whack-jobs that he’s trying to hide in the closet & the job thing just a ruse! Why not? Jillian should have demanded that he do the hometown visit thing too! I wonder if she did…someone should ask her in an interveiw! Things should have been kept fair for all of the contenders…and she should have known the full score before the subsequent rose elimination!

    i cant believe she got rid of jake and jesse! and she still keeps Wes. he’s only there trying to get people to hear his music so he can be a country star! ii think thats just stupid!
