Who should get custody of Michael Jackson’s kids?

We would have hoped that Michael Jackson would be allowed to rest in peace, but it seems that this is a long way off. Firstly, it will be weeks before his body can be laid to rest, and that is just the start of the problems. There will be a battle over the singer’s assets, as it is not known where his latest will is.

The focus is going to be on Jackson’s children, his mother Katherine Jackson has been granted temporary guardianship, and his father Joseph will control his assets. However, Debbie Rowe the mother of his two eldest children, Michael Jr., 12, and Paris, 11 looks set to fight for custody of her children.

Who should get custody of Michael Jackson’s kids?

The third and youngest child, Prince Michael, 7 is going to be a harder one, as he was born to an anonymous surrogate mother. Let us hope that the three children are not split up, I believe that maybe Janet or Jermaine should get custody of the children. That way they can stay with the family, and would be looked after very well.

    Hello all -
    Michael’s parents should NOT be given custody of his children under any circumstances. Two of Michael’s sisters, Rebbie and La Toya accused their father of sexually abusing them. Michael’s daughter Paris would be at risk of being sexually abused by her grandfather if he was ever left alone with the children.
    Michael’s daughter needs to be protected from this predator – I hope everyone out there voices the same opinion so that this very real risk is talked about openly.

    Are you serious,Michael Jacksons Mother should get them.There mostely saying Mother because she is a great mother.The chances of Paris getting sexually abused is not even a ‘chance im sorry but if the mother doesnt get custody than it should be Janet Jackson.She hasnt done anything wrong.Michael jacksons Mother is wonderful look how well she has done with them.I might be young but Michael Jacksons Mother should get custody over Prince,Paris and Prince Michael 2nd should go to Janet.I dont see any of this has part of the Grand father.Im saying this if any one of the Jackson family gets all three kids because they are old enough and should not be split up that they should not be left alone with the grand father but with a someone with the grandfather.The grandfather shouldnt be excluded from there lifes.The Jacksons should and hoping will get the children.

    I HOPE DEBBIE ROWE WATCHED THE MEMORIAL AND SEEN HOW CLOSE THE CHILDREN ARE TO MICHAELS FAMILY. I THINK IT WOULD BE OUTRIGHT CRUEL IF SHE WOULD EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING TO GET CUSTODY OF THE CHILDREN AFTER ALL THESE YEARS AND SEPERATING THEM FROM BLANKET. I THINK SOMEONE FROM THE JACKSON FAMILY SHOULD GET FULL CUSTODY OF ALL THE CHILDREN PREFERABLY JANET JACKSON AND IT SHOULD BE STIPULATED THAT THE NANNY MOVE IN AND ALSO BE PART OF THEIR LIVES BEING AS THEY HAVE KNOWN HER SINCE BIRTH.

    I also agree thet someone from the family should get custody. I prefer Janet Jackson, because I think that she was the closest family member to Michael, and because of that also to his children. And when she hugged Paris at funeral she looked like someone thet should be her ˝mother˝. Hope u all know what I mean…

    I think that Janet Jackson should get the kids beacuse it seems like she was also the closest to Mike he even said that sometimes they even think alike at times. She is a very sweet person she hugged Paris at the funeral like it was her daughter and she was the one who wanted to get Michael some help and she also didnt sign the petition when all of her other brothers and sisters denied that Michal even needed help. She has been the one being real so I think that she should get the kids.
    RIP Mike I love you and I miss you.Hope your kids go to the right people……..

    i truly believe that everyone should mine thier own business. I feel even though debbie gave them up, i still feel like she should have a part in their lives. Nobody knows what really went on between her and michael. Maybe his money and fame is why she doesnt have them. Maybe he influenced her to give them up. The world doesnt know. I feel like katherine would be a very good caregiver for the children, but i also feel that her age should come in position. I hear Rebbie is the most stable of all the children and if she wants to be their guardian that would be great. If not than the next in line is Janet. By no means do they need to be with Latoya or the others. My opinion only.

    The childern should not be split, I think Janet Jackson would be the best caregiver.
    I think she would take good care of them, and that they would be happy with her. I feel that Debbie Rowe the mother of his two eldest children are using them to benifit her life, and I feel in my heart that she just wants them around for the benifit of the money that would be left to them. I think the children have the right to choose.

    In my opinion I think that janet should take care of michael jackson’s kids because the press said that the kids started to grow closer to janet after michael died. also it shouldn’t just be janet being a role model or adult figure i think the whole family should help with the kids and mentor them just like michael did. Michael wanted the best for his kids and I believe that janet is the most capable of doing thatfor michael’s kids. Besides Michael and janet were closeand he trusted Janet.
