Director Michael Mann, has had the opportunity to direct some great movies in his time, such as “Heat,” “The Insider” and “Ali.” And now, he has just directed a new American gangster movie “Public Enemies” that is due for release now.
According to latimes.com, Mann has managed to make an impressive film out of “Public Enemies.” The movie follows the true story of one of America’s most legendary bank robbers John Dillinger, who is played by actor Johnny Depp.

Depp portrayed the character of Dillinger with some powerful acting. The movie opens with Dillinger helping to break his gang out of prison. Christian Bale also stars in this movie as FBI agent Melvin Purvis and Billy Crudup plays J. Edgar Hoover.
