Baseball fans may have seen the game last night between the St. Louis Cardinals and the San Francisco Giants, in which the Giants took victory over the Cardinals with the finishing score of 6-3. According to Associated Press, the Cardinals were trailing 6-1 after five innings.
It just seemed as though the Cardinals just couldn’t overcome the shaky outing from Chris Carpenter. The Giants Randy Johnson apparently allowed three runs and four hits in the 5 1-3 innings. Edgar Renteria and Bengie Molina both scored RBI’s.

The Giants seemed to go easy on Carpenter in the first, but then upped the game and hit him harder in a four-run, five-hit fifth. Aaron Rowand, Pablo Sandoval and Randy Winn all scored straight hits and Travis Ishikawa scored an RBI double that helped towards their victory.
