Michael Jackson Will: Diana Ross named as alternate guardian

Since the death of Michael Jackson last week, a tirade of shocking reports have surfaced regarding many areas of the stars life. To add to the bizarre and shocking, according to E!online, Jackson’s five page Will, dated July 2 ,2002, emerged this morning.

The Will instructed that M.J’s mother Katherine Jackson, In the event of his death should have full custody of his three children. Jackson wrote “If Katherine Jackson fails to survive me, or is unable or unwilling to act as guardian, I nominate Diana Ross as guardian of the persons and estates of such minor children.”

Following the death of the King of Pop, Diana Ross released a statement offering her condolences, But no mention of legal guardianship to M.J’s children. Once again the world is left in shock, it has also been suggested that Ross may also be just as shocked as the rest of us.
