More news on Michael Jackson’s will

Following our last report regarding Michael Jackson’s will, it has now been reported that M.J wants all assets to be placed in the Jackson’s family trust. According to TMZ Jackson has instructed that full custody should go to his mother, Katherine Jackson.

Jackson’s lawyer, John Branca and music executive, John McClain have been named on the Will as executors. It now seems apparent that the Will has not been filed in court, leaving yet more confusion in the wake of Jackson’s death.

The final decision of who will get full custody of M.J’s three children is not as yet final, the decision of who gets legal guardianship of the children is entirely the decision of the judge. At present Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson has been granted custody on a temporary basis.
