Irish rock band U2 kicked off their 360 tour last night in the Camp Nou Stadium in Barcelona and according to rollingstone.com, there were more than 90,000 of their fans in attendance. The band was performing songs from their new album “No Line on the Horizon.”
And not only did fans get to hear their favorite Irish rockers perform live, but they had a chance to witness the band’s new stage set-up, which has been dubbed the Claw by band members and crew first hand. It apparently features a huge 360 video screen and a light show.

It could well be described as the biggest touring stage production ever, but apparently U2 wanted to make it feel more intimate for the fans. So now, the fans in the stadium, can feel as if they are really close to the band and U2 can feel really close to their fans.
