2006 World Music Awards and Michael Jackson

Although the world has lost music legend and idol to many Michael Jackson, his music and his famous dance moves will always live on. And thanks to television reruns, millions of his fans worldwide, will still be able to watch those all time favorite performances.

We’ve only just had an “American Idol” repeat that was dedicated to Michael’s memory and now, according to E! Online, it appears that MyNetworkTV is devoting all its primetime hours tonight, to an airing of the 2006 World Music Awards, in which Michael performed.

Not only does it show Michael performing, but the show also honored the 25th anniversary of Jackson’s “Thriller” and sees Michael awarded with the Diamond Award for his unrivaled contribution to the music industry. This is how his fans want to remember him.
